Meet Leona Gray
ABOUT
Leona Gray is a gentle force in every room she enters. As a transformational speaker and transformational life coach, and a community leader, she brings strength, compassion, and clarity to every stage and conversation. Her strength doesn’t shout it shows up. She leads with presence, not performance.
Leona is a 2025 40 Under 40 Honoree, recognized for her leadership, community impact, and commitment to helping others grow. She is known for helping people break free from the cycles that keep them stuck mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. She draws from lived experience and real-world leadership, including her work educating youth and adults on Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and childhood trauma. Her voice carries weight because it’s been tested, and her message is anchored in faith, resilience, and truth.
A moment of public criticism over her natural hair while in uniform could’ve broken her spirit. Instead, it became a launchpad. Leona turned that experience into a bold declaration #LocsAndLeadership and a movement grounded in the truth:
“This is what professional looks like.”
That moment didn’t define her it revealed the strength, purpose, and leadership that were already there. She’s not showing up to impress. She’s showing up to impact. And every space she enters from classrooms to conferences to community events she leaves people with permission to grow, permission to heal, and permission to become.
MISSION
Leona’s mission is to help people heal what hindered them, confront what’s been holding them back, and step into the clarity, confidence, and purpose God designed them for. She equips audiences with practical tools, spiritual grounding, and mindset shifts that create real transformation on the stage, in schools, and in everyday life.
